The KwiKool® KPO12-23H delivers powerful 12-ton (135,000 BTU) cooling and heating performance in a compact, portable design made for year-round industrial and commercial climate control. At just 32 inches wide, this unit fits through standard doorways and is ideal for conditioned air delivery in challenging environments like sealed interior rooms, equipment spaces, and temporary jobsite enclosures. Designed for both indoor and outdoor placement, it can be ducted to supply conditioned air up to 75 feet and exhaust up to 100 feet, making it ideal for hard-to-access applications. The KPO12-23H features a rugged 16-gauge galvanized steel cabinet, variable frequency drive (VFD) for low ambient operation, internal heat capabilities, and a high-lift condensate pump. With cam lock power connections, phase monitoring, and forklift-ready transport, this portable unit is built for performance, flexibility, and long-term reliability in extreme conditions.
