The KwiKool® KPO12-23 delivers a powerful 12-ton (135,000 BTU) cooling solution in a compact, rugged design tailored for large-scale commercial and industrial use. At just 32 inches wide, this versatile unit fits through standard doorways and is ideal for cooling sealed interior spaces, work zones, or equipment areas where permanent HVAC systems fall short. Its flexible design allows it to be stationed outside and ducted into a building or placed indoors and ducted to hard-to-reach heat loads. With high static Hyperdrive fans, it delivers cool air up to 75 feet and exhausts up to 100 feet, making it the perfect solution for challenging installations. Built for extreme conditions, the KPO12-23 features a VFD-controlled low ambient condenser, cam lock power connections, integrated phase monitoring, and an internal high-lift condensate pump—all mounted on a forklift-ready steel skid with removable locking casters.
